- Services: For services booked through our website, cancellations are permitted as per the events/ meetings schedule respectively before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made as per timeline specified in individual meetings/event/social functions may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the service booked.
2. Refunds

- Refunds for cancelled services will be processed according to the terms specified at the time of booking. Depending on the services cancellation policy for each unique meetings/events/social functions, refunds may be issued in full, partially, or not at all, depending on the cancellation timing and policy of The Konnect.
- Refunds will be initiated within 4 days of receiving the request, excluding bank holidays
- Refunds will be sent to the same card from which payment has been received.
- Refund reference will be provided after completion of the refund process.
- General Time frame for credit of refunds after submission of all documents to the bank.
- Domestic Cards – within 3 working days (excluding bank holiday/weekend)
- International Cards – within 7 working days (excluding bank holiday/weekend)
